Delivery Policy
We take every care to ensure your purchase Is delivered on time, and in a safe and secure manner. Your items are sent by fully insured 24h next day delivery through royal mail. Goods are dispatched within 2-8 working days depending if the item purchased is in stock. In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive, we will send a new and identical product to you within 7 working days.
Returns Policy
Goods purchased with a value of £1000 and under are eligible to be exchanged free of charge . Goods purchased with a value of over £1000 are subject to a 5% re-stocking charge if not completely satisfied. Purchases are deemed final after 14 days of receipt.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order must be within 2 hours of the order being made. Failure to do so may result in a purchase being subject to a re-stocking charge.
